Return and Refund Policy for PureNaturis

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  2. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll address the issue and ensure you get the right product.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal care goods such as our skincare and haircare products.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

For a faster exchange process, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet our return conditions: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that banks or credit card companies might take additional time to process and post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it yet, contact us at support@purenaturis.com.
