Shipping Methods and Fees Our primary carriers are DHL for international deliveries and USPS for domestic orders. Generally, domestic orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. For international orders, delivery times can differ due to factors like customs processes. We offer a standard flat-rate for shipping.
Do You Offer International Shipping? Indeed, we provide international shipping through DHL. However, shipping availability, rates, and fees might change based on your delivery location. Remember, customs fees and import duties of the destination country may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Goods are imported on behalf of the consignee/e-buyer. By ordering, the consignee gives PureNaturis the right to import goods on their behalf. Additionally, the consignee/e-buyer acknowledges that PureNaturis may entrust this task to a third party. All taxes & duties will be borne by the consignee in addition to the product's purchase price.
